These terms describe how Paint 3cero quotes, schedules and performs residential painting work. Hiring Alexis for a job means agreeing to the basics below.
A quote from Alexis is no-obligation and is not a contract until you and Alexis agree to move forward. For bigger jobs, he comes to see the space in person before anything is scheduled.
Exterior painting happens outdoors, so rain and other weather can move a start date or push a job back a day or two. If a date needs to change, you hear it from Alexis first.
Floors and furniture in the work area are covered before painting starts, and the site is cleaned up when the job is done.
The price agreed at the quote is the price, unless the scope changes and you and Alexis agree on the change together. Payment is discussed before the work starts, so there are no surprises on either side.
